2. Hosting
This website runs on our own, self-managed infrastructure within the European Union. No content is loaded from external content delivery networks. Fonts are served locally from our own server – there is no transmission to third parties (e.g. Google Fonts).
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time, requested resource, user agent) is temporarily processed in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operation and security). The data is deleted after a short period.
4. Contact and enquiry forms
You can send us enquiries via the "Request a quote" form. We process the data you provide (including name, company, e-mail address, phone number, message and the configuration selected in the configurator). The purpose is to handle your enquiry and to initiate a contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent this. The contact page itself does not process a form; it offers you the option of contacting us directly by e-mail (mailto link). In that case we process the details you send solely to answer your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
5. E-mail delivery
For sending e-mails (notifications and confirmations in connection with enquiries) we use the service provider Mailgun (Sinch) as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data required for delivery (including e-mail address, name, content of the message) is processed. A data processing agreement is in place. Where data is transferred to a third country, this is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees (EU standard contractual clauses).
6. Cookies and consent
We use exclusively technically necessary cookies or comparable storage techniques that are required to operate the site (e.g. storing your cookie decision and language setting). No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are set. The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
7. No analytics or tracking services
This website uses no web analytics, tracking or advertising services and embeds no social media plugins.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) as well as a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to contact@nerd-force1.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.
9. Right to lodge a complaint

This privacy policy is amended as necessary to reflect changes in the legal situation or in our processing activities.
